Scott Carlson was a wonderful sales rep and made us feel at ease. He was very thoughtful and detail oriented. We are very happy with the process of trading in our car and buying from them. I came in as a first-time car buyer and was very skeptical of car salespeople and dealerships. (Especially from someone who went to college for business and has seen how unethical people can be.) I got paired up with Aly right when I walked in and was blown away by how smooth she made the car buying process. All skepticism was out the window quick. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available, but she suggested an alternative on the lot, which ended up being cheaper and more to spec than I had originally planned. She was forward, honest, kind, and shared in the excitement with me in the process. She worked hard behind the scenes to get me in and out with the vehicle on a schedule that worked for me. Super thankful for Aly and this experience and cannot recommend this dealer enough!
Aly Stevens and Ben Watts were the main people I worked with, and they were excellent. They went above and beyond to help me in the process of getting a new car after an accident that totaled my last one. They helped me get through the insurance process, finance my new car at the best rate they could, and were very accommodating in waiting for everything to work out. 10/10 would recommend going through them if you're looking for a car!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Prius from Kunes! In general the staff was nice and helpful, no pressure at all. Joel went over all the features of the car and the sales process was a breeze. Sammy had us laughing through the financing process and we got through the paperwork quickly.
